Music In The Air
Exyo youth entered the studio (by appointment only!) to sing with Co-Director Stan Strickland, preparing for our virtual performance 7:30 pm on May 20, 2021. This year we are most fortunate to have Ricky Duran from The Voice S17 collaborate with youth on a special music video “I Can See Clearly Now.”
Ricky recorded the song and created a special track with harmonies for our youth to sing along. The excitement of the music video is building with photo shoots, videos, even a drone. Youth are participating with movement, aerial shots, dancing in the gardens, and close up personal video and zoom shoots. Our Exyo videographer James Maroney is documenting and editing this exciting performance piece. Each year we close the show with a culminating song sung by everyone in our program. We are especially looking forward to this year’s exciting result!
