Peace Post Installation at the Cummings Center
The Peace Posts are now a permanent installation among the fountains at the 500 Cummings Center building in Beverly, MA. The Peace Posts embedded with youth’s wishes for hopes and dreams, have been on Exhibit at: Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts at Endicott College, The Boch Center- Wang Theatre Grand Lobby, New England BioLabs, North Shore Music Theater and the media center at Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical School. Laraine Cicchetti (1953-2023) helped inspire over 200 youth to create both large and small hand crafted clay tiles, firing each tile individually in her at home kiln. This large-scale project was the last clay project that Laraine completed.
